Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email letting you know. This can sometimes end up in your spam/junk folder so be sure to check there!
Shipping usually takes between 4-6 weeks, Sometimes arrival can be delayed longer if there is a Holiday, or unforeseen circumstances.
This depends on, if the product is ready to ship or is still in production. It can vary between the next day, next week, and 2+ months, once the manufacture is finished. Manufacture usually takes a month, since we do bulk manufacture. If an item is not ready for shipping this should be displayed on the item in the store. We want the rewards to be delivered in months, rather than delivering it after a year like other crowd funded projects.
Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking no, order details, which you can use, to track shipment.

If the item has not had the “shipping order created”, we can change the address for you. Contact twsupport (@) starneteclipse.com, if you need it
